Samsung Galaxy S II is rumored to get ICS update from March 1

Samsung Galaxy S II i9100 Edgar Murtazin, Russian blogger and editor of mobile-review.com, posted on  tweeter the information about  Samsung that will start rolling out much awaited Android 4.0 update for Galaxy S II from March 1. The roll-out will be dependent on country or mobile carrier, but at least some S2 users will get ICS on March 1.

Edgar is known for his inside information but he has been wrong many a times, recently itself he tried to pass-on a fake image as the press shot of Samsung Galaxy S II Plus, so take the update news with a pinch of salt.

For those of wondering about the update processor, roll-out will be over-the-air as well as via the Kies software.
